Durham Homicide National Memorial Quilt consist of two separate works of art. One being the national connector quilt created in 2018 for victims outside of the Durham NC jurisdiction. This leg of the Durham memorial quilt was designed to broaden the attack on gun crimes and murder at the national level. Families may schedule special street alter which isolates individual patch of their loved one to be featured during a prayer vigil to celebrate the Angelversary and Ascension of their lost loved one. This may be done to celebrate birthdays or anniversary of loss of life.

Families may schedule a special exhibit with the individual patch of their loved one featured in a publicly held balloon release, vigil or rally in honor of loved ones lost to homicide in your city.
